AssuredPartners buys Seattle brokerage

AssuredPartners Inc. has acquired Seattle-based Mainstreet Financial Services Inc., AssuredPartners said in a statement Monday.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Mainstreet Financial, whose 11 professional liability brokers specialize in malpractice insurance for solo attorneys and small private practice law firms, has $2 million in annualized revenue, the statement said.

AssuredPartners President and COO Tom Riley said, “The expansion in the Seattle marketplace is a welcome addition.”

Lake Mary, Florida-based AssuredPartners is the 12th-largest brokerage in the world, according to Business Insurance’s most recent ranking.
