Clear Leisure PLC’s CEO pleased that Sipiem case has now reached the courts

Clear Leisure PLC (LON:CLP) chief executive Francesco Gardin explains the background behind a court case to start in Italy this week against the former directors of a firm called Sipiem.

Gardin says the process might take one to two years or even longer but he is determined to pursue the case even though it has taken four years to get to court.

“The company is very patient, very stubborn and when we think we are right we go ahead”, he told Proactive.
